Depending on certain web browsers can affect the outcome of your downloads.
Basically there are two ways to access your downloads.
1. Click on the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"download file\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" link.
OR
2. Right click the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"download file\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" link and \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"save target as\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\". Save the target to a folder on your hard drive.
